  1. Use a string, piece of long paper, or ribbon and wrap it around your wrist
  2. With a pen, mark the place where it joins. Make sure that it is not too tight and not too loose
  3. Lay it on a flat surface and grab a ruler/measuring tape to measure it from one end to the point that was marked
